As previously noted, professor Daniel Pipes will attend the international conference Dangerous Words 250 in Stockholm on Oct 1. We are very happy for that additional resource on the Middle East.

Now another important defender of free speech as agreed to come, the author Hamad Abdel Samad from Germany and born in Egypt. I reviewedhis book on Islamic fascism, which will be translated into Swedish. His presence will also be fruitful since he knows how it feels to be a persecuted writer in Europe 2016 living with death threats from islamists.

Abdel Samad has recently had the French translation of his book being cancelled due to threats and fear from violent islamists in France.
